I am admittedly terrible about putting up bulletin boards-it takes a long time to put them together, make everything look nice and neat, and have a good message to share with students. I have finally put up a new one, and I am so grateful to the other teachers who share their great ideas on Teachers Pay Teachers for the assist. This one celebrates a variety of black performers in celebration of Black History Month, but it will stay up for Music In Our Schools Month as well. My students are pretty excited to find Beyonce up there, but it’s nice to hear them reading about other important artists, too.Shout out to David Row of Make Moments Matter for this great resource.
